01 / ABOUT ZENPHONY
Zenphony was founded by Eric Fisher and Tim Miles, two engineers and technologists who believe software should remove work from people's lives—not create more of it.
Together, we work across artificial intelligence, sales, automation, engineering, software, and technology. That shared range shapes how we approach automation: technically ambitious, but always grounded in whether it actually makes someone's day easier.
We originally met through music as composers and engineers. What started as a shared obsession with making things eventually turned into a shared obsession with making things work better.
Over the years, that same mindset carried into software, artificial intelligence, automation, and business. We kept seeing capable people spend huge portions of their day copying information, building recurring reports, updating spreadsheets, and sending repetitive follow-ups.
That became Zenphony: practical systems that let computers do computer work and people do human work.

ERIC FISHER
Eric has been building AI-powered applications since 2016, long before AI became a mainstream business technology. His background spans software development, mobile app development, automation, engineering, and applied artificial intelligence, along with experience in sales and product development. He enjoys taking complicated ideas and turning them into practical systems that make everyday business work easier.
The technology can be complicated. Using it shouldn't be.
TIM MILES
Tim works at the intersection of sales, technology, and engineering. His background includes professional audio software, where he works directly with customers and businesses to turn complex technology into practical solutions. At Zenphony, he focuses on understanding what businesses actually need and finding opportunities where automation can create a meaningful result.
A product is only valuable if it solves a problem people actually care about.

A NOTE FROM ERIC & TIM
We started Zenphony because we have always been obsessed with finding better ways to do things.
The more we looked at how businesses operate, the more we noticed how much valuable time gets lost to unimportant work. Someone updates a spreadsheet. Someone creates the same document for the hundredth time. Individually, these tasks don't seem like much. Together, they consume hours.
We don't think the future of automation should be about adding more technology to people's lives. It should be about making technology disappear into the background.
That is what we are building at Zenphony: systems that quietly handle more of the work, so the people using them have more time for everything else.

Whenever possible, we work with the tools, processes, and people already in place. Technology should adapt to you.
Judgment, relationships, creativity—those belong to people. We want to remove the repetitive work surrounding them.
